We are currently searching for an EDI Administrator for St. John’s, Newfoundland. The EDI Administrator responsibilities include:
- Analyze, design and develop specifications for enhancements and extensions with EDI application interfaces and maps.
- Coordinate EDI testing and trading partner implementation initiatives.
- Coordinate with application development and DBA functions to ensure availability and reliability of EDI systems to meet business demands.
- Ensure that EDI – related production and procedures are maintained and executed, including development, change requests, and enterprise integration projects.
- Experience interacting with clients to ensure all issues are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Combination of education and several years of experience in the EDI field.

Messaging Systems / Senior Software Engineer
We are currently recruiting for the position of Messaging Systems / Senior Software Engineer to work out of our St.John's, Newfoundland office. Requirement and Experience should include:
- Six to ten years commercial software development experience on Windows platform.
- All phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Five years experience with C++ or Java.
- One year of CSharp and the .Net Framework.
- Strong MS SQL skills.
- Six months experience with ADO.Net.
- Six months experience with ASP.Net.
- Familiar with XML, HTML and IIS.
- Excellent communicator.
- Project management or team lead skills a plus.
- Oracle experience is an asset.
Education: Computer Science or technical degree.
Some travel to Connecticut may be required.

eDirectory Enterprise Engineer
To join a team responsible for coordinating the directory integration and consolidation of multiple directory structures in a Novell environment.
Planning, building and supporting a large enterprise directory infrastructure composed of Novell’s eDirectory and DirXML on
UNIX platform. Responsibilities include:
- Gather and analyze requirements for the enterprise directory infrastructure.
- Analyze specifications and create architecture and design
- Develop DirXML connectors and configure LDAP directories
- Develop test plans and perform lab certifications to ensure that the engineering products meet the requirements.
- Design and develop tools and processes for monitoring, audit and legal reporting and troubleshooting the infrastructure.
- Create architecture, design, and operational documentation.
- Provide third level support and escalations from the operations team.
- Provide liaison with vendors to solve product related defects.
Experience with the following technologies and products:
- Novell eDirectory
- DirXML 2.0
- Unix or Linux (Red Hat or Suse)
- Netware
- Driver Knowledge
Requirements/Skills:
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting LDAP Directories.
- Experience with DirXML and/or Microsoft’s products,install, configure, write DirXML connectors and troubleshoot.
- Application Development of small apps for health-check, monitoring and reporting tools using databases, web servers and scripts; Visual Basic/Perl and shell scripts, SQL (Oracle and MSSQL Server)
Pluses include: Experience in the development & implementation of infrastructure technologies like Siteminder; and experience in data analysis & modeling, development of web based tools and web servers.
Travel to New York will be required.

Mobile Computing Analysts
We are currently searching for two additional Mobile Computing Analysts. Responsibilities include:
- Mobile and Remote Access Platform System Configuration.
- Work in conjunction with the Mobile Remote Experts group to identify and resolve issues with remote remediation efforts to patch and update remote machines.
- Trouble Shooting remote connectivity issues.
- New and Emerging Technology Evaluation/Piloting.
- Off-Site Conference Remote Access Solutions and Support.
- Training users on procedures and policies, as well as the use of Firm's remote access tools.
- Train divisional helpdesks on supporting all remote access methods and tools.
- Mobile System and Technology Administration.
- Advises client users on the capabilities of client Mobile Computing and Remote access capabilities and recommend the best fit for their requirement - Supporting Dial up, Broadband, VPN, Citrix, and various other remote technologies.
- Administration of authentication tools such as SecurID and Active Directory.
- Application support including but not limited to Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer and various other browsers, VPN, Firewall, and Antivirus software.
- Supporting high profile clients including top level executives and managing directors.
- Supporting wireless devices such as RIM Black/Blueberries.
- Assisting users with the post cloning process to configure freshly built machines to connect properly and carry over their settings from regular profile.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Computer Science Degree or Diploma in Computers preferred - Certifications would be considered an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years experience required.
- Extensive knowledge of the following:
- Windows XP
- VPN
- Broadband(DSL\Cable\ISDN)
- Active Directory
- Wireless (802.11 b/getup/IP)
- Blackberry
- Candidate has to pass security background checks, including financial.
- Documentation experience with a minimum of 5 - 10 years business experience
